Lynne Ingersoll, MSOD, CCP

Lynne is fascinated with human behavior and interactions. She believes there is something to be learned from everyone. Some of the most challenging situations reap the most significant learning experiences. And, experiences transfer learning into action with more robust outcomes. Consider the traveler, so much more is learned through the process of the experience.

Currently, Lynne serves in a leadership and organization development role with Carolinas HealthCare System. She began her career with CHS in 2005. Prior to her work in healthcare, she served in a variety of roles including Vice President of Retail Development for Tommy Hilfiger and Director of Marketing for Vietri. She developed custom training and university programs for managers and staff while working for Just Pants, Tommy Hilfiger and Vietri.

She started her own consulting firm in 1996. Her expertise lies in innovative solutions building on observations and the strengths found within individuals and organizations. Some of her clients include major brands such as: Burt’s Bees, Wet Seal, The MotherVine and licensing agents for Kenneth Cole and Kate Spade. She brings a wealth of enthusiasm and energy to her work and loves learning alongside her clients.

Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Organization Development along with a Coaching Certificate from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a graduate of the Innovation Institute at the McColl Center for Visual Arts. After two years of research, she helped re-launch the regional organization development network, OD on the Edge, in February of 2011, where she serves as president.

Outside of work, Lynne loves digging in the dirt, arranging flowers and spending time with her friends and family.
